子どもの写真2枚と参照動画1本で、キラキラ光に包まれて魔法少女・魔法少年に変身する動画を作る手順です。 ただ写真を入れるだけだと、顔が別人になったり、急に手足が長くなって「大人っぽい体」になったりしがち。この手順は子どもの顔・年齢・体型（短い手足）をそのまま保つことに重点を置いています。

STEP 1. 参照動画を用意する 🎬

AIに「動き」を教えるための手本動画です。この動画の動き・変身のタイミング・カメラワーク・最後の決めポーズを基準に、子どもの変身動画が作られます。

• 参照動画 → 動きとリズムの設計図
• IMAGE 1 / IMAGE 2 → 見た目（変身前・変身後）の設計図

上のGoogle Driveリンクから ref_video.mp4 をダウンロードしておきます。

STEP 2. 変身前の子ども（IMAGE 1）を作る 👶

ChatGPTに子どもの写真をアップロードし、下のプロンプトを貼り付けます。 写真は1枚より、顔がよく見える写真を複数枚入れたほうが本人に近くなりやすいです。
